Q. What is the difference between an Animal Rescue, and an Animal
Sanctuary?
A. An animal sanctuary is usually a Farm dedicated to bringing rescued animals to live and be protected with a loving and caring home for the rest of their lives. Unlike animal shelters, sanctuaries do not seek to place animals with individuals or groups, instead, they take care of each animal in a safe environment, providing a more permanent solution for an animal until their natural death.
