Our vision & mission.

A simple promise: provide rescued small farm animals a safe haven for the rest of their lives.

What we exist for

The mission, simply put.

To provide a safe haven for rescued small farm animals, and ensure they're able to live out the rest of their lives healthy, happy, and protected. Additionally, to provide education and advocacy, and inspire a community environment where the animal-human bond is respected, celebrated, and nurtured.

A Common Question

What's the difference between a rescue and a sanctuary?

An animal sanctuary is typically a farm dedicated to bringing rescued animals to live and be protected with a loving, caring home for the rest of their lives. Unlike animal shelters, sanctuaries do not seek to place animals with individuals or groups.

Instead, sanctuaries take care of each animal in a safe environment, providing a more permanent solution for an animal until their natural death.

In short: a shelter looks for a forever home. A sanctuary is the forever home.
